Thank you for shopping with The People's Pet Club. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Delivery

We dispatch to all mainland UK addresses. Our products are sent from international warehouses, so delivery takes longer than from a UK shop:

  • Delivery cost: free
  • Typical delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch (this is an estimate, not a guarantee)

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events or bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer than usual.

EU Delivery

Delivery to EU countries is free, with a typical delivery time of 7–14 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to selected destinations outside the UK and EU, including the USA, Australia and Canada. Delivery costs £8.99, or is free on orders over £60, with a typical delivery time of 10–20 business days from dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country's customs authority — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thepeoplespetclub@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
