Refund & Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from The People's Pet Club. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at thepeoplespetclub@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Our Extended Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused and undamaged condition
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by your order number or confirmation email

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at thepeoplespetclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked delivery service
  4. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs: Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thepeoplespetclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or a full refund including any shipping costs you paid.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats
  • Opened grooming products (shampoos, sprays, dental care)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
