Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to the UK and EU and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery is free to the UK and EU. For selected countries elsewhere (including the USA, Australia and Canada) delivery is £8.99, or free on orders over £60.

You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can follow it on our Track Order page. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear because parcels travel a long way to reach you.

The carrier will usually leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point. Please collect it promptly, because carriers only hold parcels for a limited time.

Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the details, or email us to start a return.

The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we arrange a free return.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our prices.
