Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@peoplespetclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
